Quirkie Dough was born from a love of childhood snacks, a passion for bold flavors, and a dream to bring something new (and safe-to-eat) to Coeur d’Alene. Inspired by memories of sneaking bites from the mixing bowl, we created a space where edible cookie dough could shine in all its glory—no baking, no waiting, just pure joy by the scoop.
From fun rotating flavors to shareable treats and even dog-safe Pup Cups, Quirkie Dough is all about turning everyday indulgence into something magical. Every batch is made small and served fresh, with plenty of sprinkles and personality.

Sabrina is the maker and heart behind Quirkie Dough. She started this shop to create a happy, worry-free space where people could come in, smile, and enjoy something a little nostalgic—but with a twist.
From dreaming up wild flavor ideas to perfecting the perfect scoop, Sabrina puts love into every part of the Quirkie experience. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, her goal is the same: to make your day better (and a little sweeter).
